Meredith and her colleague Nanci Rands recently sold a home in Franklin that we had inherited, and they did an absolutely first rate job from beginning to end. Their advice was experienced, practical, and highly effective every step of the way. This wasn’t an easy sale, since the home was expensive even though, in style, it hadn’t been updated in 30 years, and was further limited because it had no city water or sewer service available.
