We just want to say how much we appreciate Meredith Colburn and her assistant Brooke Goodstein. Meredith sold our Condo in just over 2 weeks with multiple offers. She got us a sizable amount over the asking price and we were able to close in less than a month. Meredith and Brooke are always available and very prompt in answering our text or emails. This is the second property that Meredith has sold for us in the last 3 years. The other property was a similar situation, she sold it quickly and found us a great buyer!
